Every year the local game keeper invites Andrea to an organised shoot. Generally it's a moorland pheasant or grouse shoot, but this time he invited her to join a wild duck shoot. Although she is not into hunting, Andrea felt it would be rude to decline. Having confirmed her attendance, she thought it would be wise to get familiar with the shoot location before the big day, just so that she knew where the best locations were (not that she's competitive or anything!).
Andrea has a variety of Gore-tex hunting clothing, but opted for a matching set of Game Elise jacket and trousers, along with a brand new pair of lace-up le Chameau hunting boots. It was far wetter and muddier than she had expected! A pair of waders would have been a better bet, but she wasn't trekking back to the car to get them, so the poor le Chameau boots got a proper introduction to wild duck hunting!
